6.1 Fee Structure

Course fees are displayed on our Fee Structure page and are subject to change with prior notice. All fees are quoted in USD (or as indicated at checkout) unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed.
  • Fees must be paid in advance before the commencement of each billing cycle.
  • We accept payment through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

6.3 Late Payments

Failure to pay on time may result in temporary suspension of classes until payment is received. Persistent non-payment may result in account termination.

6.4 Refund Policy

We offer a fair refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with a class or experience a technical issue on our end, please contact us within 3 days. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Classes that were delivered as scheduled.

7. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Students must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a class. Classes cancelled without sufficient notice may be forfeited.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule classes due to teacher unavailability, public holidays, or technical issues. In such cases, a make-up class will be arranged.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be flagged and may affect continued enrollment.

8. Student and User Conduct

We are an Islamic educational institution and expect all users to uphold a respectful, dignified, and appropriate standard of conduct. You agree not to:
